Our pricing includes two factors, lodging fee’s + Trophy Fee’s
We also recommend tipping guide, camp chef, etc.
I.E. - Axis Hunt
Lodging Fee for 3 days, 2 Nights = $1,300
+ PLUS
Trophy Fee (Axis Buck) = $5,000
Trip Total = $6,300
(+/- guide, staff gratuity)
*** Gratuities are greatly appreciated and not included in the above pricing. Normal gratuities range from 10-20% of the total hunt. Please do not forget your guide, cook, skinners and all others that help make your hunt and stay a success. ***
Not included: Texas hunting licenses, permits and applicable safety courses. Responsibility lies with hunter.

Terms and Conditions of our hunts
Check in is 1:00pm or later arrival, 12:00pm departure – daily rate is not included.
All hunts require a non-refundable deposit for number of days book – Lodging Fee. ex. 3 Day Whitetail Hunt – $433 x 3 = $1,300 (Deposit)
All POR Trophy Fees require a 50% non-refundable deposit on animal
Category & Classification of animal based upon the Management & Guides discretion only.
Wound loss policy prevails, guides determination
All room rates are based upon double occupancy
Exclusivity of lodge requires a party of 10 minimum.
Credit Card transactions subject to a 3% surcharge

ALL GUESTS must shoot their weapon of choice in front of administrative personnel upon arrival, prior to going afield.
Notice: This is a general price list. Some Trophies may be offered at a lower price, some exceptional at a higher premium. Prices subject to change without notice.
Any animal wounded will be charged at the full trophy fee.
